John Jarvis’s Memory Swap
Tuesday 17th September

John will be screening archive footage of the 1970s Holt Carnival, (including the Carnival route along a widened Norwich Road before the new houses were built). He is also planning to conjure up one or two other archive shorts for your delight. During the interval, there will be a chance to stir-up your own memories and stories about Holt of the past, the remembered people, places and events, both here and in North Norfolk more generally, over a cup of coffee or tea. Do bring along any photos of Norfolk and Holt that you would like to share. We would be particularly grateful for copies of any photos or film clips that include or relate to the opening of the Community Centre in 1975.

Annual General Meeting

Everyone is welcome to attend the AGM. The formal business of the meeting will include financial reports and election of members to the Executive Committee. The AGM will be followed by a social and a chance for you to meet committee members, staff, volunteers and other users of Holt Community Centre. The bar will be open for refreshments.
