A mix of exercises and movement from Pilates, Yoga and Tai Chi this class gives all over toning, mobility and stretching.
Flow sequences incorporate standing, seated and floor exercises. The transitions between positions and exercises can be quite fast. The emphasis of this class is on all over fitness.
You will feel stronger, more mobile and flexible and improve balance through these sessions.
Like all my classes we work hard but have fun. You get to have some time out, escape the stresses and strains of life for an hour and give your body some tlc.
